Advertising & Promotion
Your sale will be advertised through our website, EstateSales.net, social media platforms, email campaigns, and road signs where permitted by HOA guidelines.
Post-Sale Clean-Out (Optional)
We can assist with a post-sale or full house clean-out for an additional cost. We will coordinate with local companies or charities to pick up any remaining personal property.
Fees & Transparency
We charge a service fee or commission based on a percentage of total sales. Any additional costs will be clearly outlined in a contract prior to the sale.

All items—pre-owned, used, or unused—are sold as is with a no-return, exchange or refund policy. We encourage you to inspect items carefully before making a purchase. Please handle items with care and respect. If you break or damage an item you may be asked to compensate the seller for their loss.
Accepted Forms of Payment
We accept cash, credit cards, and Venmo. Credit card fees may apply. SC sales tax will be applied on all purchases unless you provide a tax exempt ID number.
